Missing .dll files?
Install Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable for the Game Client:
• Windows 64-bit: Download VC_redist.x64.exe
• Windows 32-bit: Download VC_redist.x86.exe
• Not sure? Install both - it's safe!
After installation: Restart your PC and launch the Game Client as Administrator.

Missing DirectX 9 components?
Install DirectX End-User Runtimes (June 2010) - required by the Game Client:
• Download from Microsoft: DirectX Runtime
• This adds legacy DirectX 9.0c components used by the game
• Having DirectX 12 is NOT a replacement - install this package
• Download from Microsoft: DirectX Runtime
• This adds legacy DirectX 9.0c components used by the game
• Having DirectX 12 is NOT a replacement - install this package
Antivirus flags Game Client files?
This is usually a false positive. The Game Client can be misidentified by antivirus software as it's an older game client.

- Restore neuz.exe or any game files from quarantine if removed
- Add an exclusion for your entire game folder in antivirus/Windows Security
- Run the Game Client again as Administrator
